Vitamin C – a big pack for acute cases and enormous consumption

Vitamin C has more than 20 biochemical and physiological functions. It supports collagen fiber formation (reduces wrinkle formation), activates calcium absorption in bones (prevents osteoporosis), promotes blood formation (improves iron metabolism), affects neurotransmission, boosts immune system, etc. Humans unlike animals are not able to synthesize vitamin C in the liver. Therefore humans depend on food sources for vitamin C.. The recommended daily intake is officially 1 mg per 1 kg.  However, animals  produce 100 – 500 mg per 1 kg of the weight.

Each cigarette „steals“ the body 25 mg vitamin C – to neutralize cigarette toxins.
Let alone other toxins (in food, water, air...). We need to refill vitamin C every day.

Special warnings: Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place at a temperature 4 - 25 ˚C, out of direct sunlight. Do not expose to freezing temperatures. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children. Once opened, use within 10 months. Avoid contact with eye mucosa and respiratory airways. Directions: The maximum recommended daily adult intake is 0,25g. Dissolve in water. Do not exceed the daily dose.
